Brief Description About The Project - Black carbon is a global environmental problem that has negative implications for both human health and our climate. Inhalation of black carbon is associated with health problems including respiratory and cardiovascular disease, cancer, and even birth defects. The team has come up with a solution wherein black carbon will be extracted from industrial gases with the help of a cyclone separator (which has zeolite coated inside).

Brief Description About The Project- The team from Rajkiya Engineering College, Mainpuri has come up with a solution to help farmers with the Smart Irrigation System, an IOT based system to provide relief to irrigation problems of the farmers. The irrigation system is connected to smartphones, which means the farmer can operate their system by sitting anywhere in the world through the internet. The farmers will be able to determine the condition of the field's soil, which will help them to estimate what quantity of fertilizer will be needed for any particular crop at a particular time.

Brief Description About The Project-The team from HBTU is on a mission to help farmers by developing an AI-based Rain Hailstorm protection sheet. The unseasonal rains/hailstorms damage the crops, thus affecting the hard work of farmers and causing them financial losses and many cases become a reason for suicide. This project is designed for landowners to automatically protect their crops from heavy rainfall or hailstorms using the moisture sensor which detects the excess water above the minimal water requirements for a crop. It is the only present solution for agricultural land to protect it from uncertain natural calamities.

Brief Description About The Project- The team from UPTTI has developed a novel approach to bio ethanoal and biogas from textile wastes. These wastes contain hemicellulose, and cellulose, which may be broken own using cellulase enzyme and used as a sustainable bioethanol feedstock. Waste jeans, which are made from cotton and polyester, are one of the most readily available bioenergy production resources. Sodium carbonate treatment can be used to hydrolyze non-cellulosic components, smh as polyester, as well as to pre-treat cellulosic components. To produce biogas, bioethanol, and methane, these textile wastes are veered to anaerobic digestion, enzymatic hydrolysis, and fermentation.

Brief Description About The Project- The Autonomous drone (Quadcopter) is controlled by programming rather than being remote controlled. The main feature is that it has an autopilot feature meaning it can fly without any human interference and has a payload capacity of 2 Kg and can go up to a maximum speed of 25-30 Mph. The Raspberry pi which is a small CPU along with Pixhawk for controlling the drones will be the main component of the autonomous drone. Along with it. the ultrasonic sensor will provide the distance between the drone and any objects which are in proximity to the drone.

Brief Description About The Project- The team aims to develop a Piezoelectric Carpet that can be used as a surveillance system that can be used in banks, malls, notifying the concerned authorities in case of theft. The basic working of the Piezoelectric Carpet is the sensor installed in the carpet will actuate the trigger point and will send the status through wifi and data gets stored in the cloud server and will be redirected to the system of the administrator. Then the camera, as well as the buzzer, get activated and the voice command ensures that the theft is notified to the concerned authorities. The main advantage of this Piezoelectric Carpet is that during the daytime it can be used as a source of electricity generation through its battery management system (BMS).

Brief Description About The Project- The team intends to develop E- Bicycle & E- Tricycle. The cycles developed will be low-cost so that they would be affordable to the masses. The team intends to develop retrofittable cycles which will be working in a plug and play model. The E cycle will be able to run up to 100 Km in one complete charge. The batteries developed will be removable so that users can charge the cycles at their convenience. The main features of the cycles include -1. The removable Battery for E Tricycle has a 100 Km range on a single charge. 2. A lightweight frame with comfortable sitting. 3. Retrofittable E Bi Cycle has a range of 70 Kms and load capacity of 200 K with the feature of USB portable charging.

Brief Description About The Project- The team intends to develop a manual harvester that will be able to uproot the crops from the ground, a feature that is absent in the present harvesters. The manual harvester will be equipped with the facility to store the uprooted crops so that there is minimal wastage left in the field. The manual harvester developed will be easy to use and will be affordable to the farmers. Another advantage is that by using manual harvesters the concern for pollution gets eliminated.

Brief Description About The Project- The project works on water treatment via a natural process. The centrifugal method will be removing light dirt from the water and then will be discharged to the chamber which consists of rice straw and various chemicals which will absorb heavy metals and make water odourless. The detailed steps involved are described below- 1. The water consisting of industrial wastes from the rivers will be collected and stored in the disinfection chamber where due to the centrifugal force the dirt gets separated from the water. 2. The partially cleaned water will be then subjected to layers of components which include Rice Straw (which will be extracting heavy metals), Degrading Bacteria (which will help in the decomposition of plastics), Cyanobacteria (decomposing organic wastes) & oxygen fixing organisms. Finally, clean water is obtained, and lipases are produced as a byproduct that can be used in detergent, paper, food, and cosmetic industries.
