Job Responsibilities

Develop and execute MedTech CoE’s strategic vision.
Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team.
Manage projects, resources, and budgets.
Ensure product quality and regulatory compliance.
Collaborate with stakeholders and represent the organization in the industry.
Monitor and report on performance metrics.

Eligibility

Advanced degree in Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Medical Technology, or a related field

PhD or MBA in said discipline will be preferred

Manager-AgriTech

Job Responsibilities

Lead general project management activities across the programs especially in Agri and Bio programs.
Manage the pre-incubation and the incubation process, and the incubatee cohort assigned ensuring strong engagement with all stakeholders.
Design, implement, and manage the AgriTech incubation program.
Oversee multiple AGritech projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Provide hands-on mentorship and strategic advice to startups on business development, product strategy, market entry, and scaling.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the incubation program and attract high-potential AgriTech startups.
Liaison and Relationship management with funding agencies, corporates & other stakeholders.
Portfolio management of Agri Tech & Bio Tech Startups.
Lead and support outreach and branding activities under different projects and leading affiliate tasks.
Lead and Support other activities as assigned.

Eligibility

Post graduate degree + 8 years of relevant experience

Or

Graduate with 15 years of relevant experience at appropriate level

The Young Professionals Program (YPP) is an entry-point for an exciting journey at SIIC IIT Kanpur. Every year the incubator onboards a cohort of dynamic, fresh graduates with an aim to make them the leaders of tomorrow.

A YPP is exposed to the ongoing programs allowing the young talent to assess their abilities, help them nurture interdisciplinary skills, experiment with their capabilities, and craft their talent to emerge as competent professionals.

Eligibility

Graduate in Engineering/ Biotechnology/ Life Sciences/ Management/ Business Administration/ Development Studies/ Social Work/ Economics/ Commerce or any other relevant streams with <=2 years of professional experience can apply for the role of YPP.

Software Engineer

Job Responsibilities

Leading Software Development.
Managing a team of 5-10 software engineers.
Full-stack development using LAMP, Django and Oracle based web system.
Reviewing and debugging code.
Project Management with frequent reviews and monitoring.
Document development phases and monitor systems.
Periodic reporting and completing actionables on regular basis.
Any other tasks as assigned.

Eligibility

Minimum educational requirement: BTech.
Minimum work experience: 3 years.
Maximum work experience: 5 years.
Understanding of defence sector.
Essential technical skills:

Proven experience in full-stack LAMP, Django and Oracle based web system deployments (front-end skills not necessary)

Sound fundamentals of software engineering, including designing requirements, setting up testing harnesses, and team monitoring

Essential non-technical skills:

High intelligence and strong analytical mind

Problem solving and critical thinking skills

Ability to learn independently and quickly

Strong work commitment and self-motivation
